AI Engineer

Description

Using an AI assistant to autocomplete code is not the same as engineering with AI. The second one changes how you scope work, how you review it, and how much of it one person can carry.

From Go Elevate we created this training to move participants from consumer to author: designing agents, giving them tools and context, setting boundaries, and folding them into a real delivery pipeline instead of a side experiment.

We focus on the whole loop — context and prompt engineering as an engineering discipline, tool and MCP integration, evaluation and regression testing for non-deterministic systems, guardrails and failure modes, observability and cost control, and the code review practices that keep quality up when volume goes up.

This is the practice behind Cyborg Engineering, the way we work at Ingenia: on one client engagement it compressed a development that traditionally takes over three months into roughly two weeks. The training is taught by the engineers who did it.
