Description

From Go Elevate we created this program for the leadership layer that has to answer for that gap: which processes to redesign, what to fund, what to stop funding, and how to tell a real efficiency gain from a demo.

We focus on the decisions that belong to a C-level agenda: the operating model behind the Cyborg approach, where human judgment stays irreplaceable, how to build the business case, the governance and risk questions a board will ask, and the metrics that show whether adoption is actually working.

The format is built for executive calendars: short live sessions with a cohort of peers, real cases from the region, and no homework between meetings.
